Praedium KYLATT named Best Sweet Green Fruity Extra Virgin Oil at the Oil Fair

Praedium KYLATT, the Special Selection extra virgin olive oil from Molí d’Alcanó, of the Fruits de Ponent Group, has won the prize for Best Sweet Green Fruity Extra Virgin Oil in the Small Producer category at the 58th Fair of Extra Virgin Quality Oil and Les Garrigues.

The president of the Fruits de Ponent Group, Sebastià Escarp, and the Head of the Dried Fruit and Oil Section, Josep Ramon Estopà, have accepted the prize. In his speech, Escarp thanked the Oil Fair’s board of trustees for organising this online edition of the event and remarked that at the Fruits de Ponent Group, “we keep pushing forward with another key sector in the territory”.

Praedium KYLATT is made from Arbequina olives picked in early October at daybreak to preserve their freshness. Its notable features include the scents of cut grass and hints of green almond, fennel or green walnut.
