HOW WE MANUFACTURE AND PRODUCE OUR OIL
A THOUSAND-YEAR-OLD TRADITION
The process of harvest is meticulous, from the moment the farmer heads off to the orchard to pick the olives (early in the morning for an ideal temperature for the quality of the oil).
The olives are transported to the mill as soon as possible to make sure they lose no quality.
Our oil is made from 100% Arbequina olives, hand-picked directly from the tree every day at their optimal moment of ripeness.
When the olives reach the mill, the master miller takes over the entire process, always conserving the fruit’s traceability as a measure of food safety. Always maintaining the properties of the olives.
The oil obtained is reserved in cellars and filtered so it conserves its qualities and contains no elements which could spoil it.
The extra virgin olive oil is packed in a protective atmosphere to ensure it is optimally conserved. We have different formats in glass and plastic bottles.
MUCH MORE THAN AN OIL
L’Or de Ponent and KYLATT are our extra virgin olive oils. The first of the two is our seasonal extra virgin, whose harvest begins at the end of October and which stands out for the remarkable balance between all its attributes, maintaining the typical bitter tone of Arbequina olive oils.

L’Or de Ponent is our extra virgin olive oil, with a fruity fresh olive flavour, dense, with body, whose fragrances transport us to the olive groves.
KYLATT, Special Selection
A product whose processing starts in the first weeks of the year, in order to know what the season’s best trees will be and making a choice based on the different crop types (traditional or intensive) and also on characteristics like altitude, location, etc.
KYLATT is an oil obtained before the true start of the harvest season, in order to have the highest quality and situate it in a Premium or Gourmet section. In its first year on the market, it has already obtained one of the most prestigious prizes: the Gourmet Gold Medal from the Association for the Valorisation of Agricultural Products (AVPA) in Paris.
